You may request a return within **30 days** of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and unused  
- In original condition with all tags attached  
- Returned in original packaging  
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase  

**Note:** Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

- A return authorization  
- A prepaid return shipping label  
- Instructions for packaging and sending your item  

**Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.**

**4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items**
Please inspect your order upon delivery.  
If you receive an item that is:

- Damaged  
- Defective

We document all orders prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and condition.

 

5. Pre‑Order Production & Shipping Timeline

Pre‑order items are made-to-order and require additional time for production. By purchasing a pre‑order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pre‑orders can take up to 8 weeks for production and shipping.

  • This timeline may be extended due to weather conditions, supply chain delays, customs holds, or other unforeseen events.

  • Pre‑order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • Shipping updates will be provided as soon as your order is in transit.

This disclosure ensures transparency and protects both the customer and Elite Style from misunderstandings regarding delivery expectations.

**6. Non‑Returnable Items**
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Undergarments  
- Swimwear  
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, etc.)  
- Personal care items  

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

- Final sale items  
- Gift cards  
- Custom or personalized products  
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

**7. Exchanges**
We do not offer direct exchanges.  
If you need a different size or item:

1. Complete a return for your original item  
2. Place a new order once your return is approved

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

If approved:

- Refunds are issued to the **original payment method**  
- Processing typically takes **10 business days**

**Shipping fees are non‑refundable**, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
